Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of panaxio.dev (the "Site") and your purchase and use of digital products offered by Panaxio ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

We sell downloadable digital goods, such as workflow packs, theme sections and software starter kits (each a "Product"). Each Product page describes what is included, the requirements, and the license that applies. Screenshots are representative of the delivered files.

Products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

All orders are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller for our Products. Dodo Payments handles payment, applicable sales tax / VAT, invoicing and receipts, and your purchase is also subject to Dodo Payments's own buyer terms. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already paid.

After successful payment you receive immediate access to download your Product, and a receipt email from Dodo Payments with your download link. If you do not receive access, check your spam folder and then contact support@panaxio.dev with your order details.

When you buy a Product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it as described in the license included with that Product and on its Product page (for example, a single-store license for Shopify sections). Ownership of the Product and all intellectual property in it remains with us.

Unless a Product's license explicitly allows it, you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share or publish the Product files themselves, in original or modified form, as a standalone product, template or download. You may use Products to build your own and your clients' projects.

Because Products are delivered instantly as digital files, sales are final once the files have been delivered, except as described in our Refund Policy. If a Product doesn't work as described and we can't fix it within 14 days of your support request, you are entitled to a full refund, issued through Dodo Payments. We provide reasonable email support at support@panaxio.dev for installing and using Products as described. We may release updates or fixes from time to time, and when we do, existing buyers get them at no extra cost; we are not obliged to add new features. Products that integrate with third-party platforms (such as n8n, Shopify, ERPNext, Google, Cursor or LLM providers) depend on those platforms, which may change outside our control.

Our Products are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the third-party platforms they work with. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party service you use with a Product, and for any fees those services charge.

We also sell fixed-scope, fixed-price services (each a "Service") through Dodo Payments, such as an n8n workflow fix, a document OCR pipeline setup, a custom Shopify section and a custom MCP server. The scope, exclusions, what you need to provide and the turnaround for each Service are those shown on its listing on the Store page at the time you order.

After checkout you receive an intake email with a form. The stated turnaround starts when your intake is complete (all files, access and credentials we asked for have been received), not at checkout. Anything outside the listed scope is not part of the Service.

If your request turns out to be outside the listed scope, we tell you before any work starts and you may take a full refund. Refunds for Services follow the Refund Policy (/refund-policy), issued through Dodo Payments. Do not send production admin credentials; use scoped or test credentials.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and our Refund Policy, Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and securing any workflow, code or theme section before using it in production, and for the data you process with it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of the Site or any Product. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

You agree not to use the Site or Products for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's rights, to process personal data without a lawful basis, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
