Privacy Policy
Effective October 2026. This policy explains what information Panaxio collects through this website, our store and our client projects, and how we use and protect it.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, for example your name, email address and company details when you email us about a project or a product. We do not operate contact forms that store submissions in a database on this site; all inquiries reach us directly by email.
We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit our website, such as browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL and approximate location (derived from IP address), through standard web analytics tools.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, fulfil and support orders, scope and deliver projects, and improve our website, products and services. We use aggregated, non-identifying analytics data to understand which pages and services are most relevant to our visitors.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. Cookies & Analytics
Our website may use essential cookies required for basic site functionality, and analytics cookies (such as those from privacy-conscious analytics providers) to understand aggregate visitor behavior. These analytics tools may set cookies or use similar technologies to distinguish unique visitors and measure site performance.
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies may affect some non-essential site functionality but will not prevent you from browsing our content or contacting us.
4. Third-Party Services
We may rely on third-party service providers for functions such as website hosting, email delivery and analytics. These providers process data only as needed to perform their function for us and are expected to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security standards.
Where a project involves implementing ERPNext, Frappe-based applications, or third-party integrations on a client's behalf, any data processed within those systems is governed by the terms agreed directly between Panaxio and that client, separate from this website privacy policy.
5. Purchases
Digital product orders are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments collects and processes the payment, billing and tax information needed to complete your order under its own privacy policy; we never receive your full card details.
From each order we receive the information needed to deliver and support it, such as your name, email address, country, the product purchased and the order reference. We use it only to fulfil the order, provide support, handle refunds and meet accounting obligations.
6. Data Retention & Security
We retain inquiry and client communication records only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, deliver agreed services, or comply with legal and accounting obligations. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of that information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational or regulatory reasons. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
9. Contact Us
If you have questions about this privacy policy or how we handle your information, email us at support@panaxio.dev and we will address your question directly.
