About Panaxio
Why we exist
Panaxio was built around a single frustration shared by businesses everywhere: ERP software that costs too much, locks you in too hard, and gives you too little control.
The problem: paying for a lock, not a system
Across the region, most growing businesses run their operations on proprietary ERP platforms that charge per-user, per-module license fees indefinitely. The software never becomes an asset the business owns. It remains a recurring cost, tied to a vendor's pricing decisions, release schedule and willingness to keep supporting the version you're on.
Worse, customization is usually gated behind the vendor's own implementation partners, at their rates, on their timeline. A business that wants to adapt its ERP to a workflow the vendor didn't anticipate is stuck waiting, or paying a premium, or working around the software instead of with it. That's not a partnership. It's dependency by design.
The alternative: open source, done properly
ERPNext and the Frappe framework behind it prove that open-source ERP can match, and in many workflows exceed, what proprietary vendors charge a premium for. The source code is yours to inspect, extend and run wherever you choose. There is no license fee counting up in the background, and no vendor gatekeeping your own customizations.
What open source alone doesn't give you is delivery discipline: the implementation planning, data migration, custom development, cloud infrastructure and support processes that make an ERP rollout succeed rather than stall. That's the gap Panaxio was built to close. We treat ERPNext implementation with the same rigor, accountability and single-point-of-contact structure a business would expect from a large enterprise vendor, minus the license bill and the lock-in.
Where we're headed
Our focus stays narrow on purpose: ERPNext and Frappe implementation, the custom software and integrations that extend it, and the cloud infrastructure that keeps it running reliably, for MSMEs and enterprises. As more businesses look for an alternative to license-locked ERP, we intend to keep proving that open source, delivered with enterprise discipline, is that alternative.
Every engagement we take on is measured by the same standard we hold ourselves to from day one: did this business come out the other side owning its own system, or owing us for access to it? We only count the former as a win.
